The service rates listed on this page are for direct session bookings, game coverage packages, and custom specialty items. Individual image downloads, standard print sizes, and photo products purchased through public event galleries feature separate pricing set within those specific galleries.
Sports & Action Game Coverage
Get high-action, professional coverage tailored for individual athletes or entire teams.
- Per-Player Game Coverage: $100
Full individual focus for single-game action coverage.
- Full Game Sponsorship: $250
Covers the whole game! Full team coverage (capturing photos of as many players as possible).
Travel Policy: 30 miles of travel included free from Grand Saline, TX. Travel beyond 30 miles is billed at $0.70/mile (negotiable/waivable under specific circumstances).
Team & Individual (T&I) Packages
Designed for sports teams, leagues, and individual athlete portraits.
BEST VALUE: All-In-One Player Package — $50
- Includes: 2 Individual Poses + Full Digital Team Photo
Why it’s the best deal: Buying the team photo alone is $40, but bundling it in this package drops the team photo cost to just $15!

Weddings & Corporate Events
All event packages include full coverage of all edited images, a private online gallery, high-resolution digital downloads, and full print release.
- Bronze Coverage (1–3 Hours): $1,500
- Silver Coverage (4–7 Hours): $1,750
- Gold Coverage (8–12 Hours) [MOST POPULAR]: $2,000
Booking Term: A $500 non-refundable retainer is due upon booking to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due strictly 3 weeks prior to the event.

Studio Policies & Booking Fine Print
Payment Methods & Timelines:
- Accepted Payments: Cash & Venmo.
- Retainers & Balances: Session retainers are due at booking to secure your calendar slot. All remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of the shoot before photography begins. & Retainers:
- Retainers and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Due to the digital nature of custom photography, no refunds are granted once a session is completed or digital files/prints are delivered.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- The 24-Hour Rule: Free cancellations or reschedules when made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Late Notice (Under 24 Hours): Cancellations or reschedules made under 24 hours incur a $100 fee, which must be paid before re-booking.
