Sports Photography and Action Coverage

  • Per Player Coverage: $100 (Base game rate)

  • Travel Fee: $0.70/mile (Applies after the first 30 miles; fee may be negotiated or waived in some cases)

  • Full Game Sponsorship: $250 per game (Covers all players I can get photos of)

Team and Individual Pricing

  • Best Value: All-In-One Player Package - $50

    • Includes: 2 Individual Poses + The Full Team Photo (Digital)

    • Why it is the best deal: Buying the team photo alone is $40, but this package drops that cost down to just $15, making it the most affordable way to get everything.

  • Full Team Photo Only (1 pose): $40

  • Individual Player Photo Only (1 pose): $20

  • Individual Player Package Only (2 poses): $35

  • Additional Edited Digital Photos: $5 each

    • Note: Image selection must be made within 1 week of your session. Add-on prints and digitals are available.

Pre-Prom Photos

  • Mini Session ($125): * 15-minute session at a single location

    • Includes 5 to 10 digital files per couple

Weddings and Corporate Events

All packages include all edited images, an online gallery, digital download, and print release.

  • Bronze ($1,500): 1 to 3 Hours of Coverage

  • Silver ($1,750): 4 to 7 Hours of Coverage

  • Gold ($2,000): 8 to 12 Hours of Coverage (Most Popular!)

Booking Term: $500 non-refundable retainer due at booking. Balance due 3 weeks before the event.

Specialty Prints and Products

All digital images include full printing rights. Delivery is via secure online gallery. Print add-ons are available with digital package purchases.

  • Custom 60x36 Inch Polyester Banner Flags ($125.00): Advanced dye-sublimation process, fade-resistant, includes metal grommets for hanging. Perfect for team displays.

Studio Policies and Booking Fine Print

  • Payment Methods: We proudly accept Cash and Venmo.

  • Payment Timelines: Session retainers and fees are due at the time of booking to secure your date. Remaining balances are strictly due on the day of the shoot before photography begins.

  • Refunds and Deposits: All deposits and retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds given on completed sessions or delivered digital products.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Rules

  • The 24-Hour Rule: There is no charge for cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled date and time.

  • Late Notice (Under 24 hours): Any cancellation or reschedule made within the 24-hour window incurs a $100 fee which must be paid in full before re-booking.
